Referring to the cessation of foreign aid to the Afghan government, the analyst of Afghanistan affairs continued: In this situation, the meager public services that were provided have been stopped and various health, education and even security sectors are not functioning. In fact, we are officially facing a government that has no experience in governance, has no financial resources and is not recognized, and rules only militarily and security-wise.<\/p>\n
Saying that people who witnessed confiscation of public wealth in Afghanistan are confused, he noted: The Taliban were a religious and Islamic movement that came to form a government, but they are unable to do so; under such circumstances, there are clear signs of the destruction of Afghanistan\u2019s infrastructure, weakening and destruction of the private sector, devaluation of the national currency, closure of services and the high cost of water, electricity and gas, non-payment of salaries of government employees and widespread public poverty.<\/p>\n

Their effort was to focus on the withdrawal of their forces, and their greatest service seemed to be withdrawal of their affiliated forces. Afghanistan had become a burnt land that has no value for them.<\/p>\n Noting that Western countries are no longer seeking to empower the government in Afghanistan and that Afghanistan will be a problem for its neighbors, Eslami said: The United States and then the European Union do not see Afghanistan as a country that they are expected to help.
