The significant difference is that the former Renaissance and Enlightenment age was a \u2018flourishing era of philosophical, social and political wisdom.\u2019 Still, we can and should expect a \u2018flourishing era of foreign policy and diplomatic wisdom\u2019 following the Ukraine war.<\/p>\n
