Dr. Kharrazi Pays Tribute to Martyr Yahya Sinwar at the Hamas Office in Tehran

Strategic Council Online: Dr. Seyed Kamal Kharrazi, the President of the Strategic Council on Foreign Relations, visited the Hamas office in Tehran to pay tribute to the spirit of Martyr Yahya Sinwar, the dedicated commander of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas).

During his visit, Dr. Kharrazi hailed Martyr Sinwar as “a role model for the Palestinian nation and a symbol of the axis of resistance.” He extended his condolences to the martyr’s family, Hamas fighters, the Palestinian people, and the broader Islamic community.

Dr. Kharrazi emphasized that the assassination of resistance leaders cannot undermine the movement, stating: “The axis of resistance will continue, and new leaders will emerge from among the oppressed people of Palestine and Lebanon to lead this popular movement.”

Martyr Yahya Sinwar, who succeeded Ismail Haniyeh as the head of Hamas’ political office following Haniyeh’s martyrdom, was killed by Zionist forces on the battlefield in Gaza on October 17, 2024.
