Dangerous Consequences of UAE Intelligence Cooperation with the Zionist Regime

Strategic Council Online- Interview: Having stated that offering information of more than nine millions of foreign citizens living in United Arab Emirates to the Zionist Regime represents the depth of betrayal of Abu Dhabi as well as her reliance and dependence on the Zionist regime, an expert on the Zionist regime affairs told:” This will have reactions and UAE should accept its responsibilities.

Ali Abdi in an interview with the site of Strategic Council for Foreign Relations referred to the document which confirms Foreign Ministry of UAE has delivered the information of more than nine millions of foreign citizens living in UAE to the Zionist regime, reminded that intelligence and security cooperation between UAE and the Zionist regime have already started from early years of 21th century and has developed within the past ten years.

Dimensions of intelligence cooperation between UAE and the Zionist regime

Having said that the cooperation between UAE and the Zionist regime was predictable, he added:” Mossad office was active many years ago and before the revelation of relations, under the coverage of companies active in the field of renewable energies. After the disclosure of relations, the office was officially opened. Recently, some information revealed that shows UAE and the Zionist regime cooperate on installation of equipment on collecting information and espionage in Yemeni island of Socotra. In fact, having seized the island, the Emiratis have practically turned it into an eavesdropping and information collecting base for the Zionist regime in Indian Ocean.

The expert on Zionist regime affairs pointed out to the news circulated about the opening of XM Cyber Company office that belong to Tamir Pardo, former director of Mossad in Emirates and said:” Deputy Director of the Company is known to be the main element of assassination of martyr Emad Mughniyeh and our nuclear martyrs. The Company cooperates with the state owned company that manufactures military equipment for the Zionist regime.

Cyber cooperation; basis of relations between UAE & the Zionist regime

Abdi continued:” Main pillar of relations between UAE and the Zionist regime is principally based on cyber cooperation. Prior to cooperation between intelligence and espionage services, cyber and intelligence services were founders of the cooperation. Its principal foundation was founded by army unit 8200 of Israeli Army Intelligence Organization and Emirate Espionage Organization.

He said:” from the outset, the cooperation put the issue of espionage of citizens in its agenda. Emiratis and Saudis bought and used the Israeli software developed called Pegasus from an Israeli company NSO, the performance of which was disclosed in the course of tragic killing of Mr. Jamal Khashoggi.

The expert on the Zionist regime affairs added:” Emiratis have employed retired intelligence officers of unit 8200 who used to work at cyber section and pay them an annual salary of $ 1 million. This is an important and noticeable issue which has numerous consequences.

Having stressed on the point that such measures show the depth of betrayal of UAE as well as her reliance and dependence on the Zionist regime, Abdi continued:” It is not clear that against what concessions and how UAE agreed to offer the gigantic concession of providing information about 9 million foreign citizens of other countries including China, U.S., Pakistan, Turkey, Russia, France, Palestine, Egypt, Lebanon and other nationalities throughout the world at the disposal of the Zionist regime? UAE has practically provided priceless service to the intelligent service of the Regime.

Violation of Privacy and Citizenship Rights

He elaborated the consequences of the measure and said:” We witness the violation of these individuals’ privacy. Infarct, their citizenship’s rights have been breached which is subject to pursue and investigate from human rights point of view. It is obvious that these people and their respective governments are entitled to file lawsuits and follow the case.

Abdi touched upon the possibility of misusing information provided by UAE to the Zionist regime by espionage services through employing sources and individuals. He spelled out:” The information contains so much important details that can endanger the national security of the respective countries of individuals. Therefore, a serious reaction from those governments is inevitable to prevent the continuation and repetition of such cases.
