Strategic Council Online: Dr. Seyyed Kamal Kharazi, the President of the Strategic Council on Foreign Relations, in continuation of his meetings in Baghdad on Monday, June 29, 1402, met with Mr. Naeem Al-Abudi, the Minister of Higher Education of Iraq, and discussed strategic cooperation in the field of culture, science, and technology.

In this meeting, the two sides welcomed the necessity of elite dialogues between scholars and professors of the two countries to promote scientific and cultural cooperation to strategic levels that can become a model for the region.
