Emphasis on Strengthening Iran-UAE Cooperation in Meeting Between Dr. Kharrazi and UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister

Strategic Council Online: Dr. Kharrazi, the President of the Strategic Council on Foreign Relations, who traveled to the United Arab Emirates to participate in the annual meeting of the "World Governments Summit," met with Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the UAE.

During this meeting, various dimensions of bilateral relations and the vast opportunities for cooperation were discussed.

Strengthening bilateral cooperation in various fields, particularly in renewable energy, environment, tourism, joint investment in infrastructure projects, the North-South Corridor, joint development of the Makran region, and scientific and academic collaborations, were among the topics discussed and emphasized by both sides.

Both sides also welcomed the continuation of bilateral and regional political consultations.

Earlier today, Dr. Kharrazi delivered a speech at the World Governments Summit on the impact of artificial intelligence on the future of governance.

Additionally, Mr. Anwar Gargash, Diplomatic Advisor to the President of the UAE, in a separate meeting with Dr. Kharrazi, emphasized the necessity of enhancing economic cooperation between the two countries.
