The Saudi Ambassador to Iran Met Dr. Kharrazi and Discussed the Strategic Matters in Tehran-Riyadh Relations

Strategic Council Online: Abdullah bin Saud Al-Anzi, the Saudi Ambassador to Iran, met today with Dr. Seyed Kamal Kharrazi, the President of the Strategic Council on Foreign Relations.

Referring to the resumption of relations between Iran and Saudi Arabia, the two sides emphasized the determination of the two countries’ high-ranking officials to expand the relations between two countries, based on the existing significant capacities.

Expressing concern about the situation in Gaza, the need to stop the Zionist regime’s crimes against the oppressed Palestinian people, and the collective attempt of the Islamic countries to meet the needs of the people of Gaza were among the other topics stressed in the meeting.
