Responding to Israeli Aggressions; Promising New Equations in the Region!

Strategic Council Online: Former Iranian ambassador to Iraq pointing to Lebanese Hezbollah's military response to the recent Zionist regime aggressions, noted: “Expectations were that the Resistance would certainly respond to Israel’s audacity and as put by the Supreme Leader the time for their “hit and run” game is over. It is no longer the case for them to take some action and the nations of the region sit idle and just watch them.”

Hassan Danaeifar, referring to changing conditions in the region in favor of the Resistance and Zionist regime’s efforts aimed at defeating the axis, added: “Netanyahu has faced problems in the events of the region because his pressures have not produced the results he expected. This behavior and this situation have caused a series of reactions that we have seen in the Lebanese and Syrian scenes. Netanyahu is working to draw attention to these actions and change the isolation and failure he has faced and drag the issues into another platform.

The former Iranian ambassador to Iraq said that the behavior of the Zionist regime in both Syria and Lebanon and Iraq can be analyzed in the context of these reactions and certainly the aggressions of the Zionist regime will not remain unanswered and the Resistance will certainly respond to the Zionist regime’s behavior.

“I believe the Zionist regime is in a state of contraction,” Danaeifar said of the new equations in the region. At one time, the regime was in a state of expansion, imposing whatever it wanted on the region. But today, many of the behaviors of this regime are reactionary. That is, in the face of the situation in the Middle East today Israel finds itself weaker and lonelier and has to take a series of actions that it thinks could save the regime. I think that this situation cannot bring this regime out of this bottleneck.”

He emphasized: “Today the Quds occupier regime has turned into a state of contraction from a state of expansion and does not hold the upper hand on the regional issues.

“Israelis need to learn a lesson and change the way they have been in the past,” Danaeifar added. They need to know that the seventies and eighties are over and every step they take today will spark a response. This is not a propaganda issue but a serious matter.”

The former Iranian ambassador to Iraq, referring to Hezbollah’s military response to the Zionist aggression last week, noted that the move showed that there was strong resolve to counter the provocative actions of the Quds occupier regime, both politically and socially and culturally as well as in terms of militarily facilities.

Following the recent response of Hezbollah to the Zionist regime, Danaifar said, “The problem of Europe and the US is that they are under the influence of the Quds occupier regime rather than being the other way round. Serious voices have been raised in Europe time and again in condemnation of building settlements, but Israel would not listen to these voices and disregards the words of the Europeans. You see fewer European countries that have not condemned these settlements. This shows that, unfortunately, most European and American politicians are serving the interests of Israel and that the Quds occupier regime has the right to attack others but others are not allowed to defend themselves. This is a clear contradiction that the Americans and some European countries have failed to respond to and resolve.

The former Iranian ambassador to Iraq said this contradiction is very inauspicious and seriously worries any free thinker in the world. This is similar to what we see in the UK. It is very easy for the prime minister and the Queen to agree to set aside and remove the parliament from some of the major decision makings. This contradicts the fundamentals of democracy and this contradiction is of the same nature and even worse.

“This is not unexpected from the Americans,” he said. The oppressed people of the region also suffer from these contradictions that Americans exercise in practice. The cases in Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, Bahrain, Libya, North Africa, and Iraq are due to the unilateralism they exercise.

Danaifar said the Resistance would certainly not play in a field designed by the Zionist regime. There is unity in both Syria and Lebanon regarding giving severe responses to the recent Zionist  regime’s aggressions.

Referring to the installation of ridiculous images in Baghdad against Trump and the Zionist regime, he emphasized: “These demands are quite obvious in the region. In Iraq today, there are loud voices against the Zionist regime and the United States as the sole supporter of Tel Aviv.

The former Iranian ambassador to Baghdad said: “They launched many programs in the region, but they were not able to continue their plans and failed in accomplishing their goals. Today, what they followed under the title of “coalition” in Yemen was in fact a coalition against the innocent people of Yemen and we see figures like 300 people killed or wounded in a single UAE military strike on Aden.

The situation has become such that even Hadi criticizes Saudi Arabia for not being able to respond to the UAE. This plus more precise reports will certainly reach the Zionist authorities.

Danaifard concluded by saying: “Those who sought the Deal of the Century in the face of divisions and insecurity in the Persian Gulf states will lose the same winning card under the title of integrity of the “Arab States in the Persian Gulf” and will face more problems.”

The Inseparability of the Lebanese Front from the Axis of Resistance

SCFR Online–Opinion: By providing an extensive network of social, healthcare, educational, and post-war reconstruction services, Hezbollah has established a strong social base for itself among Lebanon’s Shiites and Sunnis, and even beyond that, among other segments of Lebanese society, including Christians. Hezbollah has never been an external actor imposed upon Lebanon; rather, it is a phenomenon fundamentally born out of the occupation and crimes of the Zionist regime and itself influenced by popular resistance.

The Increasing Efforts of the Zionist Regime to Redefine Borders and the Regional Order and Its Consequences

SCFR Online– Opinion: Security and military developments in the region over recent months indicate that the ongoing crises and wars in Gaza, southern Lebanon, and parts of Syrian territory encompass broader dimensions of geopolitical and geostrategic transformations. In this context, the increased military presence and control of the Zionist regime over parts of the territories of these areas, along with proposals regarding the creation of buffer zones or even the expansion of security borders, have raised serious questions about the future of the regional order and its consequences for the countries of West Asia.

The Components of Iran’s Deterrence Power

SCFR Online – Opinion: At a time when regional security equations have reached a sensitive stage under the influence of Iran’s strategic confrontation with the United States and the Zionist regime, the question of the nature of Tehran’s defensive power has gained greater significance than ever before. While Washington and Tel Aviv rely on their technological superiority, the Islamic Republic of Iran has presented a model of deterrence that extends beyond the material calculations of the world’s classical militaries. This power, rooted in the connection between “the field” and “the people,” has not only altered the balance of power in recent conflicts but has also disrupted adversaries’ calculations when confronting Iran’s strategic depth.
